Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the time the product is delivered. You may return your product for any reason. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original tags or shoe box packaging, if applicable.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Makeup/Makeup Brushes
  • Baby related items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We have return locations in USA, Canada, and Mexico (Australia and Europe to come soon). The address of your closest return location will be provided when you request the return.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@morecuteness.com.

Clearance items

Clearance Priced items cannot be refunded, unless they are lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, only returns. You may choose to re-purchase the item in a different size at your own discretion.

Defective Item

If you receive a defective item (ie. damaged, poor quality, different from what you ordered) we will either replace or refund your item. Please email us at support@morecuteness.com with a photo that clearly shows the defect, and tell us if you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Did Not Receive Item

If the item was lost in the mail we will either replace or refund. The shipment tracking number will need to show no movement for a minimum of two weeks, or delivered to a different address from the one you provided. If the shipment tracking number does show delivered to the address you provided no refund or replacement will be provided.

Cancellations

You may cancel a purchase within 1 hour of making it for a full refund. After that time you may cancel for a 50% refund. (The reason for this is that our items are made on demand and once submitted for production they cannot, truly, be canceled. Materials will be wasted)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Address Changes

The delivery address may only be changed before the item is shipped.
